Cook - Prepare
a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other
food items according to a corporate designed recipe. comply
with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards
and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Stock and maintain
sufficient levels of food products at line stations. Portion
food products prior to cooking according to standard portion
sizes and recipe specifications. Follow proper plate presentation
with garnish. Must have 10 years of exp. $12.03/hr. 40hrs/wk.
